Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat source support apparatus for an overhead heat source type brazier. The apparatus comprises a lifting mechanism (2) and a boom mechanism (3) movably connected to each other by means of a support bar (1), wherein one end of the support bar (1) is inserted into the lifting mechanism (2) so as to be able to rise and fall, and the other end is rotatable inserted in the boom mechanism (3). A connecting part (4) is provided on both the lifting mechanism (2) and the boom mechanism (3). The lifting mechanism (2) and the boom mechanism (3) are respectively connected with a grill rack and a heat source by means of the connecting part (4), connecting the heat source above the brazier via the support apparatus, and enabling the distance between the heat source and the grill rack to be adjusted via the lifting mechanism (2), such that the brazier can determine a suitable height and a suitable heat radiation range for the heat source according to the size of the food to be grilled, effectively increasing the utilization ratio of the heat source. The heat source can be offset above the grill plate via the boom mechanism (3) according to requirements, enabling a user to conveniently pick up grilled food, ensuring that the user is not scalded when picking up food.
