Abstract:
In this heat source system, a control unit controls the number of heat source machines in operation and the amount of adjustment for flow rate adjusting valves according to the required performance of air heat exchangers, identifies groups that include air heat exchangers in operation according to the operating conditions of the plurality of air heat exchangers, selects one pipe resistance characteristic from the identified groups, controls the amount of adjustment for a pressure adjusting valve so that the pressure difference detected by a differential pressure sensor matches the pressure difference calculated by the selected pipe resistance characteristic, and controls the pumping operation frequency of each of the heat source machines in operation on the basis of the flow rate detected by a flow rate sensor.
