The maximum peak power of a facility is suppressed. A control device (100) for a facility provided with a heat-storage air conditioning system (200), a storage battery (400), and a charging device (300) for charging an electric automobile, wherein a prediction unit (130) predicts the power charged to the electric automobile. A control unit (140) controls the stored heat and radiated heat of the heat-storage air conditioning system (200) in accordance with prediction results produced by the prediction unit (130). The control unit (140) conducts control such that power stored in the storage battery (400) is used when the power charged to the electric automobile exceeds the value predicted by the prediction unit (130).
