Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a heat storage member that yields adequate cooling performance, a storage container in which the same is used, and a refrigerator in which the same is used. A heat storage member (1) having: a thin-plate-shaped outer profile provided with an upper surface (1a) and lower surface (1b) that face each other; a heat storage material (3) filling the interior of a wrapper (2); and a heat conduction-amount-adjustment unit (4) for reducing the difference in heat conduction per unit time between the upper surface (1a) and the lower surface (1b) when there is a difference in temperature at the upper surface (1a) and the lower surface (1b).
