Abstract:
A heat super-conducting nano-diamond insulating cement and an application thereof, belonging to the technical field of insulating cement. The insulating cement is obtained by mixing nano-diamond with insulating cement, and the dosage of nano-diamond is 0.001%-9.99% of the mass of the insulating cement. Adding the nano-diamond increases the insulating grade and heat dissipation effect of the insulating cement. The prepared insulating cement can be applied to electric motors, generators, engines, transformers, etc., and can also be applied to the surface heat dissipation of electronic devices and electronic circuit boards, the surface heat dissipation of heat sink devices and so on. When applying the heat super-conducting nano-diamond insulating cement to an electric motor, the load temperature of the electric motor can be reduced by approximately 30℃, greatly reducing the phenomena of motor burnout due to the load temperature being too high.
