Abstract:
Disclosed is a heat treatment apparatus provided with a treatment chamber, a heating source provided within the treatment chamber to emit infrared rays, and support members provided within the treatment chamber to support an object to be treated, so that the object is opposite to the heating source. The object is heat-treated by radiant heat of the infrared rays emitted from the heating source. Furthermore, the support members are formed so as to extend in parallel with one another, and the distance between the axes of the adjacent support members is defined so as to be 225-330 mm.
