Abstract:
Provided is a heat treatment apparatus capable of, with a simple configuration, conveying an object to be treated along an intended conveying path in a reliable manner. This heat treatment apparatus 1 is equipped with: a heating chamber 7; a cooling chamber 8 disposed adjacent to the heating chamber 7; a conveyance tray 2 for supporting an object to be treated 100; and a first conveying mechanism 3 for conveying the conveyance tray 2 along a conveying path B1 that runs through the heating chamber 7 and the cooling chamber 8 from the outside of the heating chamber 7 to the outside of the cooling chamber 8.
