Abstract:
This heat treatment furnace performs a heat treatment on an object to be treated. The heat treatment furnace is provided with: a heat treatment part that is provided with a space for performing a heat treatment on the object; and a plurality of conveyance rollers that are arranged in the heat treatment part and that convey the object. Regarding the conveyance rollers installed within the prescribed range in the heat treatment part, the curvature directions of portions of the respective conveyance rollers, where the curvatures thereof are the largest when the conveyance rollers are viewed in the axial direction, change periodically.
