Abstract:
The present invention presents a heater control system and an electronic control device that are capable of suitably diagnosing a failure while reducing the number of CPU terminals to be used. The heater control system, for controlling operations of a heater used in a vehicle, is provided with a heater control device and an electronic control device, wherein the heater control device is provided with a relay for switching a heater on and off, the electronic control device is provided with an analog/digital converter, the relay and the analog/digital converter are connected by a diagnostic wire via a resistor, and one end of the diagnostic wire is connected to one terminal among the terminals of the analog/digital converter.
