This heater device comprises a heating body (201) and a surface layer portion (22). The heating body has a heating surface (201a), and emits heat from the heating surface. The surface layer portion is layered against the heating surface, and is heated by the heating body. In addition, the color of the surface layer portion changes in response to the temperature of the surface layer portion.
