Abstract:
A heater device (1) comprises: a heat generating part (12) that is flexible; a surface layer part (14) that covers the front surface side of the heat generating part; and a heat insulation part (16) that covers the back surface side of the heat generating part and that insulates against heat generated by the heat generating part. The heat generating part, the surface layer part, and the heat insulation part constitute a laminate in which the surface layer part, the heat generating part, and the heat insulation part are laminated in this order with an adhesive (AD1, AD2) therebetween. Provided in the laminate are a plurality of slits (20, 20A, 20B) for suppressing deformation caused by differences in the respective linear expansion coefficients of the heat generating part, the surface layer part, and the heat insulation part.
