Abstract:
A heater according to the present invention comprises: an insulating base; a heating element which is buried in the insulating base, said heating element being constituted by a first linear part, a second linear part provided parallel to the first linear part, and a folded part connecting the first linear part with the second linear part; a first lead buried in the insulating base while connecting to the first linear part; and a second lead buried in the insulating base while connecting to the second linear part. The first linear part is tilted with respect to the first lead.
