Abstract:
The present application provides a heater for a single crystal furnace and a single crystal furnace. The heater for the single crystal furnace comprises a heating cylinder and electrode footplates. The heating cylinder is a cylindrical structure arranged around a crucible in the single crystal furnace. The electrode footplates comprise a first electrode footplate and a second electrode footplate. The first electrode footplate supports one side of the heating cylinder and is used for being connected to a first electrode of a power supply. The second electrode footplate supports the other side of the heating cylinder and is used for being connected to a second electrode of the power supply. The resistivity of the electrode footplates is less than the resistivity of the heating cylinder. The heater provided by the embodiment of the present application can effectively improve the heating amount of the heating cylinder while reducing the heating amount of the electrode footplates, thereby reducing the oxygen content of the head of the produced crystal rod, and facilitating cost reduction and on-site handling.
