Abstract:
A heater support structure comprises a heater including a resistance-heating element and means for energizing the resistance-heating element; an object to which the resistance-heating element is applied; and first and second insulating holders arranged at a predetermined interval on the surface of the object to hold the edges of the resistance-heating element. The resistance-heating element, having a shape curved toward the object, is separated from the object.
