Abstract:
Provided are a steering wheel wherefrom a user does not feel discomfort during steering operations, and a heater unit used therefor.
The heater unit 31 comprises a base material 10 comprising a polymer foam body, and a cord-shaped heater 1 disposed on the base material 10. The heater unit 31 is roughly flat shaped due to the thickness of the base material 10 where the cord-shaped heater 1 is disposed being thin so as to follow the shape of the cord-shaped heater 1. The steering wheel comprises the heater unit, a wheel core material, and a covering material, the heater unit being provided between the wheel core material and the covering material.
