Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heating applicator, including applicators that are installed on a front end portion of a knob to give corresponding cosmetic functions; and heating units that are added to the applicators to allow the applicator 10, 20, 30 and 40 to have a heating function. For example, the applicator 10 is a brush in one body formed by putting brush bristles 11 between two strands of wires 12 and twisting the wires 12 in a spiral shape, and the heating unit corresponding thereto includes: a hot wire 13 spirally wound along the spiral of the wires 12; a power supply 14 that is connected electrically to the hot wire 13; and a circuit board 15 that has a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power of the power supply 14. Therefore, the heating applicator adds a heating unit on various applicators while or after manufacturing various cosmetic applicators such as mascara, a lip gross, etc. through a (double) injection molding, etc. to be constituted in one body or in a separate assembly to diverse cosmetic functions using the applicators as well as to add a heating function thereto, in particular, to enable to provide a dual temperature using comb/brush having different material, thereby allowing a make-up to be performed rapidly, easily and stably.

Claims

[1] A heating applicator, comprising: applicators 10, 20, 30, and 40 that are installed on a front end portion of a knob to give corresponding cosmetic functions; and heating units that are added to the applicators 10, 20, 30 and 40 to allow the applicators 10, 20, 30 and 40 to have a heating function.

[2] The heating applicator according to claim 1, wherein the applicator 10 is a brush in one body formed by putting brush bristles 11 having a predetermined length between two strands of wires 12 and twisting the wires 12 in a spiral shape, and the heating unit corresponding thereto includes: a hot wire 13 spirally wound along the spiral of the wires 12; a power supply 14 that is connected electrically to the hot wire 13 to supply power to the hot wire 13 to be heated; and a circuit board 15 that is interposed between the hot wire 13 and the power supply 14 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power of the power supply 14.

[3] The heating applicator according to claim 1, wherein the applicator 20 is a comb- brush assembly where a comb 21 and a brush 21 are assembled each other, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heater that can heat the comb 21, the heating unit including: a power supply 23 that is connected electrically to the comb 21 to supply power to the comb 21 to be heated; and a circuit board 24 that is interposed between the comb and the power supply 23 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[4] The heating applicator according to claim 3, wherein the comb 21 is made of metal material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[5] The heating applicator according to claim 3, wherein the comb 21 is made of heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[6] The heating applicator according to claim 3, wherein the comb 21 is provided with a plating layer 25 formed on general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[7] The heating applicator according to claim 3, wherein the comb 21 is provided with a hot wire 26 wound integrally on the general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[8] The heating applicator according to claim 3, wherein the brush 22 has a structure where a plurality of brush bristles 22a having a predetermined length are longitudinally interposed between wires 22b whose central portions are bent and overlapped to twist the wires 22b in a spiral form at a predetermined frequency and thus to allow the brush bristles 22a to be fixed radially against a wire axis, and the comb 21 corresponding thereto includes a wall body 21b formed with a plurality of teeth of comb 21a, a penetrating pipe body 21c fixed to a lower end portion of the wall body 21 in a state where the brush 22 is penetrated therethrough, and a supporting groove 2 Id that insertedly supports a upper end portion of the brush 22 to an upper end portion of the wall body 21b.

[9] The heating applicator according to claim 1, wherein the applicator 30 is formed in one body performing a predetermined cosmetic function, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heater that can heat the applicator 30 in one body, the heating unit including: a power supply 31 that is connected electrically to the applicator 30 to supply power to the applicator 30 to be heated; and a circuit board 32 that is interposed between the applicator 30 and the power supply 31 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[10] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the applicator 30 is made of metal material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[11] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the applicator 30 is made of heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[12] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the applicator 30 is provided with a plating layer 25 formed on general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[13] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the applicator 30 forms a space part 30a inside the general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power and builds the circuit board 34 having the switch device in the space part 30a to wind a heating coil 35 on an outer circumferential surface of the circuit board 34 to be heated.

[14] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the entirety of the main body of the applicator 30 in a cylinder shape is covered by teeth of comb 30b.

[15] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the entirety of the main body of the applicator 30 in a cylinder shape is covered by brush bristles 30c.

[16] The heating applicator according to claim 9, wherein the entirety of the main body of the applicator 30 in a cylinder shape is formed with the combined plurality of teeth of comb 30b and the brush bristles 30c. [17] The heating applicator according to claim 15 or 16, wherein the brush bristles

30c is formed in an injection-molded cone shape to be extended radially from the outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[18] The heating applicator according to claim 1, wherein the applicator 40 is formed in one body having teeth of comb 41 and brush bristles 42 by a double injection, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heater that can heat the teeth of comb 41, the heating unit including: a power supply 41 that is connected electrically to the teeth of comb 41 to supply power to the teeth of comb 41 to be heated; and a circuit board 44 that is interposed between the teeth of comb 41 and the power supply 43 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[19] The heating applicator according to claim 18, wherein the teeth of comb 41 are made of metal material so that they can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[20] The heating applicator according to claim 18, wherein the teeth of comb 41 are made of heating plastic material so that they can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[21] The heating applicator according to claim 18, wherein the brush bristles 42 are formed in an injection-molded cone shape to be extended radially from an outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[22] The heating applicator according to any one of claims 2, 3, 9 and 18, wherein the circuit boards 15, 24, 32, and 44 having switch devices further include a boosting circuit that rapidly raises a temperature when power is applied to the corresponding applicators 10, 20, 30, and 40.

Description

HEATING APPLICATOR

Technical Field

[1] The present invention relates to a heating applicator, and more particularly, to a heating applicator that adds a heating unit on various applicators while or after manufacturing various cosmetic applicators such as mascara, a lip gross, etc. through a (double) injection molding, etc. to be constituted in one body (integrated comb/brush) or in a separate assembly (assembled comb/brush) to diverse cosmetic functions using the applicators as well as to add a heating function thereto, in particular, to enable to provide a dual temperature using comb/brush having different material, thereby allowing a make-up to be performed rapidly, easily and stably. Background Art

[2] Generally, a cosmetic applicator refers to a cosmetic tool that is mounted on a front end portion of a knob of cosmetics such as mascara necessary for eye make-up for ladies or a lip gross used in lip make-up, etc. to have various cosmetic functions.

[3] For example, schematically reviewing the mascara of the cosmetic applicators in the related art, this, which is the sort of cosmetics mainly used by women, is a cosmetic tool that paints various colors of mascara liquid on eyelash in order to flatter the aesthetic sense around eyes.

[4] Such a mascara is largely configured of a receptacle in which mascara liquid, a knob that opens and closes the receptacle, a rod-shaped brush rod that is projected to the front end portion of the knob, and a brush formed on the brush rod, wherein the mascara liquid is smeared into the brush to be used through a coupling or separating process of the knob and the receptacle.

[5] Meanwhile, the mascara brush formed as described above is manufactured to have various functions for eyelashes according to length and shape of brush bristles, such as volume: effects allowing eyelashes to be shown abundant), curl: effects allowing last ends of eyelashes to be curled upward, long lash: effects allowing eyelashes to be shown long, and clean: effects allowing eyelashes not to be lumped, etc.

[6] Such a mascara brush should evenly coat the mascara liquid having viscosity on eyelashes and have an excellent brushing function by a brush to prevent the eyelashes from being lumped together. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem

[7] However, since a heating mascara in the related art and other cosmetic applicators do not have a separate heating unit, excepting for their own basic functions, problems arise in that there is a huge waste of time due to long make-up time and the make-up is not properly made.

[8] The present invention is proposed to solve the problems. An object of the present invention is to provide a heating applicator that adds a heating unit on various applicators while or after manufacturing various cosmetic applicators such as mascara, a lip gross, etc. through a (double) injection molding, etc. to be constituted in one body (integrated comb/brush) or in a separate assembly (assembled comb/brush) to diverse cosmetic functions using the applicators as well as to add a heating function thereto, in particular, to enable to provide a dual temperature using comb/brush having different material, thereby allowing a make-up to be performed rapidly, easily and stably. Technical Solution

[9] To achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a heating applicator, including: applicators that are installed on a front end portion of a knob to apply the corresponding cosmetic function; and heating units that are added to the applicators to allow the applicators to have a heating function.

[10] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be a brush in one body formed by putting brush bristles having a predetermined length between two strands of wires and twisting the wires in a spiral shape, and the heating unit corresponding thereto may include: a hot wire spirally wound along the spiral of the wires; a power supply that is connected electrically to the hot wire to supply power to the hot wire to be heated; and a circuit board including a switch device that is interposed between the hot wire and the power supply to control the supply and block of the power of the power supply.

[11] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be a comb-brush assembly where a comb and a brush are assembled each other, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heat that can heat the comb, the heating unit including: a power supply that is connected electrically to the comb to supply power to the comb to be heated; and a circuit board that is interposed between the comb and the power supply to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[12] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the comb may be made of metal material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[13] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the comb may be made of heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[14] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the comb may be provided with a plating layer formed on general plastic material so that it can be spon- taneously heated according to the application of power.

[15] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the comb may be provided with a hot wire wound integrally on the general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[16] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the brush may have a structure where a plurality of brush bristles having a predetermined length are longitudinally interposed between wires whose central portions are bent and overlapped to twist the wires in a spiral form at a predetermined frequency and thus to allow the brush bristles to be fixed radially against a wire axis, and the comb corresponding thereto may include a wall body formed with a plurality of teeth of comb, a penetrating pipe body fixed to a lower end portion of the wall body in a state where the brush is penetrated therethrough, and a supporting groove that insertedly supports a upper end portion of the brush to an upper end portion of the wall body.

[17] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be formed in one body performing a predetermined cosmetic function, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heater that can heat the applicator in one body, the heating unit including: a power supply that is connected electrically to the applicator to supply power to the applicator to be heated; and a circuit board that is interposed between the applicator and the power supply to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[18] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be made of metal material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[19] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be made of heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[20] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be provided with a plating layer formed on general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[21] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may form a space part inside the general plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power and build the circuit board having the switch device in the space part to wind a heating coil on an outer circumferential surface of the circuit board to be heated.

[22] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the entirety of the main body of the applicator in a cylinder shape may be covered by teeth of comb.

[23] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the entirety of the main body of the applicator in a cylinder shape may be covered by brush bristles. [24] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the entirety of the main body of the applicator in a cylinder shape may be formed with the combined plurality of teeth of comb and the brush bristles.

[25] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the brush bristles 30c may be formed in an injection-molded cone shape to be extended radially from the outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[26] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the applicator may be formed in one body having teeth of comb and brush bristles by a double injection, and the heating unit corresponding thereto is a heater that can heat the teeth of comb, the heating unit including: a power supply that is connected electrically to the teeth of comb to supply power to the teeth of comb to be heated; and a circuit board that is interposed between the teeth of comb and the power supply to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of the power.

[27] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the teeth of comb may be made of metal material so that they can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[28] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the teeth of comb may be made of heating plastic material so that they can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[29] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the brush bristles may be formed in an injection-molded cone shape to be extended radially from an outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[30] In the heating applicator according to the present invention, the circuit boards having switch devices may further include a boosting circuit that rapidly raises a temperature when power is applied to the corresponding applicators.

Advantageous Effects

[31] As described above, the heating applicator of the present invention adds the heating unit on various applicators while or after manufacturing various cosmetic applicators such as mascara, a lip gross, etc. through the (double) injection molding, etc. to be constituted in one body (integrated comb/brush) or in a separate assembly (assembled comb/brush) to diverse cosmetic functions using the applicators as well as to add the heating function thereto, in particular, to enable to provide the dual temperature using the comb/brush having different material, thereby allowing the make-up to be performed rapidly, easily and stably. [59] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the ac- companying drawings.

[60] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 9, the heating applicator according to the present invention includes applicators 10, 20, 30, and 40 that are installed on a front end portion of a knob to give their corresponding cosmetic functions, and heating units that are added to the applicators 10, 20, 30, and 40 to allow the applicators 10, 20, 30, and 40 to have a heating function.

[61] Referring to FIG. 1, the heating applicator 10 of the heating applicator according to the first embodiment of the present invention is an integrated brush obtained by twisting two strands of wires 12 in a spiral shape, with putting a brush bristle 11 having a predetermined length between the wires 12, and the heating unit corresponding thereto includes a hot wire 13 that is wound in a spiral shape according to the spiral of the wires 12, a power supply 14 that is connected electrically to the hot wire 13 in order to supply power to the hot wire 13 to be heated, and a circuit board 15 that is interposed between the hot wire 13 and the power supply 14 to have a switch device controlling the supply or block of the power of the power supply 14.

[62] With the heating applicator according to the first embodiment of the present invention according to the constitution as described above, if power in the power supply 14 is applied to the hot wire 13 as a user turns on the switch device (not shown) of the circuit board, the hot wire 13 is heated to cause heat conductivity to the wire and brush bristle 11, thereby finally heating the brush bristle 11.

[63] A make-up can be performed through the brush bristle 11 heated as described, and if the make-up is completed, the switch device of the circuit board 15 is turned off, thereby releasing a heating function.

[64] As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the applicator 20 of the heating applicator according to a second embodiment of the present invention is a comb-brush assembly wherein a comb 21 and a brush 22 are assembled, and a heating unit corresponding thereto where the comb 21 becomes a heatable heater includes a power supply 23 that is electrically connected to the comb 21 in order to supply power to the comb 21 to be heated, and a circuit board 24 that is interposed between the comb and the power supply 23 to have a switch device controlling the supply or block of the power.

[65] Herein, the comb 21 may be made of metal material or heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power, or the comb 21 may be applied with a structure where a plating layer 25 is formed on the comb 21 made of general plastic material or a hot wire 26 is integrally wound.

[66] The brush 22 has a structure where a plurality of brush bristles 22a having a predetermined length are longitudinally interposed between wires 22b whose central portions are bent and overlapped to twist the wires 22b in a spiral form at a predetermined frequency, thereby allowing the brush bristles 22a to be fixed radially against a wire axis. The comb 21 corresponding thereto includes a wall body 21b formed with a plurality of teeth of comb 21a, a penetrating pipe body 21c fixed to a lower end portion of the wall body 21 in a state where the brush 22 is penetrated therethrough, and a supporting groove 2 Id that insertedly supporting a upper end portion of the brush 22 to an upper end portion of the wall body 21b.

[67] Herein, the teeth of comb 21a has one serial structure where they are vertically arranged, wherein the serial structure may be variously constituted, such as two columns or three columns other than one column.

[68] With the heating applicator according to the second embodiment constituted as above, the brush 22 penetrates through the penetrating pipe body 21c of the comb 21 so that its upper end portion is insertedly fixed to the supporting groove 2 Id of the comb 21 to be coupled to each other, and then if the power of the power supply 23 is applied to the comb 21 that is the heater as a user turns on the switch device (not shown) of the circuit board 24, the comb 21 is heated and heat conductivity is generated to the brush 22, thereby finally heating the brush bristles 22a.

[69] At this time, the comb 21 and the brush bristles 22a have different dual temperatures, such that the make-up can be performed through the comb 21 and the brush bristles 221 heated as above and if the make-up is completed, the heating function can be released by turning off the switch device of the circuit board 24.

[70] As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the applicator 30 of the heating applicator according to a third embodiment of the present invention is formed in one body that performs a predetermined cosmetic function. A heating unit that corresponding thereto where the applicator formed in one body becomes a heatable heater includes a power supply 31 that is connected electrically to the applicator in order to supply power to the applicator 30 to be heated, and a circuit board 32 that is interposed between the applicator 30 and the power supply 31 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of power.

[71] Herein, the applicator 30 may be made of metal material or heating plastic material so that it can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power, or the applicator 30 may be applied with a structure where a plating layer 25 is formed on the applicator 30 made of general plastic material or a space part 30a is formed inside the applicator 30 made of general plastic material and a circuit board 34 having a switch device is built in the space part 30a to wind a heating coil 35 on an outer circumferential surface of the circuit board 34 to be heated.

[72] The applicator may be formed in the manner where the entirety of its main body in a cylinder shape is covered by teeth of comb 30b through a (micro) injection molding or may be formed in a manner where the entirety of its main body in a cylinder shape is covered by brush bristles 30c.

[73] The present invention describes one embodiment wherein the applicator 30 is formed in the manner where the plurality of teeth of comb 30b and the brush bristles 30c are combined in the main body in the cylinder shape through the (micro) injection molding.

[74] The brush bristles 30c formed by the injection molding is formed in an injection- molded cone shape to be extended radially from the outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[75] Herein, the teeth of comb 30b has one serial structure where they are vertically arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the applicator 30, wherein the serial structure may be variously constituted, such as two columns or three columns other than one column.

[76] With the heating applicator according to the third embodiment constituted as above, if the power of the power supply 31 is applied to the comb 21 that is the heater as a user turns on the switch device (not shown) of the circuit board 32, heat conductivity is generated to the teeth of comb 30b and the brush bristles 30c of the applicator 30, thereby finally heating the entirety thereof.

[77] The make-up can be performed through the teeth of comb 30b and the brush bristles

30c heated with a single temperature as described, and the heating function can be released by turning off the switch device of the circuit board 32 if the make-up is completed.

[78] Meanwhile, as shown in FIG. 8, a space part 30a may be formed inside the general plastic material and a circuit board 34 having a switch device may be built-in the space part 30a to wind a heating coil 35 on an outer circumferential surface of the circuit board 34 and to apply power, thereby being heated.

[79] At this time, the heat generated from the heating coil 35 is transferred to the teeth of comb and the brush bristles of the main body through a convection process, thereby heating them.

[80] As shown in FIG. 9, the applicator 40 of the heating applicator according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is formed in one body having teeth of comb 41 by a double injection and brush bristles 42. A heating unit corresponding thereto where the teeth of comb 41 become heatable heaters includes a power supply 41 that is connected electrically to the teeth of comb in order to supply power to the teeth of comb to be heated, and a circuit board 44 that is interposed between the teeth of comb 41 and the power supply 43 to have a switch device controlling the supply and block of power.

[81] Herein, the teeth of comb 41 may be made of metal material or heating plastic material so that they can be spontaneously heated according to the application of power.

[82] Although not shown, as shown in the third embodiment, the teeth of comb 41 may also be formed in a structure where a plating layer is formed on the teeth of comb 41 made of general plastic material to be heated.

[83] The brush bristles 42 are formed in an injection molded cone shape to be extended radially from the outer circumferential surface of the main body.

[84] Herein, the teeth of comb 41 is formed on serial structure where they are arranged vertically along the outer circumferential surface of the applicator 40, wherein the serial structure may be variously constituted, such as two columns or three columns other than one column.

[85] Herein, the double injection will be described in brief.

[86] The applicator 40 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention forms the teeth of comb 41 in a shape having a plurality of cylindrical projections and the brush bristles 42 in a cone shape, wherein the teeth of comb 41 are formed in one body integrally with a rod 43 of the applicator 40 through a primary injection molding, and the brush bristles 42 are subject to a secondary injection molding using material different from that of the teeth of comb 41.

[87] An injection method using different material as described above is referred to as a double injection.
