A heating circulation system for air conditioning, and an air conditioner. The heating circulation system for air conditioning comprises a compressor (1), an indoor heat exchanger (2), a first throttling device (3), and an outdoor heat exchanger (4) which are connected in series in a main loop. A bypass loop (N) is arranged between the main loop and the compressor (1). A portion of a refrigerant flowing out from the indoor heat exchanger (2) flows into the bypass loop (N). Another portion of the refrigerant flows along the main loop. The invention can effectively increase a subcooling section of a system, that is, a medium-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant flowing out from an indoor heat exchanger (2) continues to release heat to lower a temperature before flowing through a first throttling device (3). The invention also enables the medium-temperature high-pressure liquid refrigerant flowing out from the indoor heat exchanger (2) to evaporate and absorb heat in two streams, that is, an evaporation area of the refrigerant increases, thereby effectively enhancing heat exchange capability of the system.
