The present invention relates to a heating container (1000) comprising: a first housing (200) of which the top surface is open, having a stepped portion (210), formed on the periphery of the upper end thereof, for enabling a food pack (110) to be held thereon, and respectively accommodating a water pack (130) and a quicklime pack (140) therein, which are openable by pulling a pulling string (120) exposed to the outside; a cover (300) fitted into the top surface portion of the first housing (200), and having a steam discharge hole (301) formed by cutting a predetermined area of the top surface thereof so as to be automatically opened when the internal pressure of the first housing (200) increases while high temperature steam generated by the heating reaction between the water accommodated in the water pack (130) and the quicklime accommodated in the quicklime pack (140) stays in the first housing (200) for a predetermined amount of time so as to heat the food pack (110); and a second housing (400) fitted into the stepped portion (210) from the outside of the first housing (200) so as to block the heat of the first housing (200) from being transmitted to the outside, and accommodating the food pack (110) heated by the heat reaction.
