Abstract:
A large volume of steam is generated instantaneously by preheating, to a preset temperature, a temperature raising unit (16) of a steam and hot water generating device (14) and supplying a prescribed volume V (per unit time) or greater of water to the temperature raising unit (16). At this time, hot water adhering to the temperature raising unit (16) rises with the steam, and the steam and hot water is blown out of a steam and hot water discharging port (5) instantaneously at the accumulated steam pressure via a steam vent (20), a relay tube (30), and a steam chamber (31). Food products (2a, 2b) accommodated in a cooking chamber (3) are exposed to and heated by the steam and hot water. Thus, it is possible to provide a heating cooker that allows food products to be heated quickly with steam.
