Abstract:
A heating cooker is provided with which it is possible to efficiently apply steam to all of a food and to quickly cook the food. The heating cooker (1A) is provided with a grill (16) provided inside a cooking chamber (10), and a lower heater (17b) provided at the bottom inside the cooking chamber (10), steam being blown out between the grill (16) and the lower heater (17b) from at least one steam blower opening (25) provided in the side wall of the cooking chamber (10).
