Abstract:
Provided is a heating cooker comprising: a receptacle (1) that accommodates an object of cooking and a cooking liquid; and steam supplying devices (3, 4, 41, 100) that blow out superheated steam, which come into contact with the object of cooking and/or the cooking liquid in the receptacle (1), from a plurality of steam blow-out holes. A heating cooker that can perform uniform and even cooking using superheated steam is thus provided.
