Abstract:
A heating cooker according to the present invention is provided with: a heating chamber for accommodating an object to be heated; a heating part for heating the object to be heated; an imaging unit; an illumination part; an illumination control unit; and an image processing unit. The imaging unit is provided on a wall surface of the heating chamber and captures an image of the interior of the heating chamber. The illumination part illuminates the interior of the heating chamber. The illumination control unit causes the illumination part to light up under a plurality of illumination conditions. The image processing unit processes the image captured by the imaging unit and determines whether the object to be heated has a solid shape or a planar shape. With this aspect, regardless of whether the object to be heated has a planar shape or a solid shape, it is possible to detect the original color and the correct contour of the object to be heated.
