Abstract:
A heating cooking device comprises a heating chamber (12), a camera (15) to capture the inside of the heating chamber (12), a storage unit (103) to store images captured by the camera (15), a door to be opened and closed when placing an item to be heated in the heating chamber (12), and a detection unit (104) to detect the opening and closing of the door. In addition, the heating cooking device comprises a recognition unit (102) to acquire, from an image stored in the storage unit (103), heating control information related to the item to be heated. The detection unit (104) is configured so as to detect for a predetermined timing window before the door is closed. The recognition unit (102) is configured so as to acquire the heating control information by selecting a captured image within the prescribed timing window from among the images stored in the storage unit (103).
