Abstract:
A heating cooking device (20) comprises: a fan that sends out air; a blow out opening (25) through which the air sent out by the fan is blown out; and an air flow generating unit (24) that generates an air flow that guides an exhaust target, generated by heating of an article to be cooked, upward by regulating the direction in which the air blown out from the blow out opening (25) flows. The air flow generating unit (24) has a first straightening part (241) and a second straightening part (242), which are disposed side by side in a longitudinal direction of the blow out opening (25). Between the first straightening part (241) and the second straightening part (242), the pressure loss caused by the straightening part at which the pressure of the inflowing air is greater is larger than the pressure loss caused by the other straightening part.
