Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heating device (200), comprising: a hollow main body into which an object to be heated is charged; a heating unit (203) connected to an energy source provided in the main body and which heats the object to be heated and charged in the main body; a controller (202) connected between the energy source and the heating unit (203) and which controls the energy provided to the heating unit (203); a computing unit (206) connected to the controller (202) and which computes the energy provided from the energy source to the heating unit (203); a temperature sensor (207) installed in the main body to measure the temperature inside the main body and which is connected to the controller (202); and wherein the function of measuring the point of time for thermal homogenization determines the time at which the thermal homogenization temperature is reached for the object to be heated from the energy computed by the computing unit (206). Accordingly, it is possible to precisely determine the time for thermal homogenization since the time for thermal homogenization is determined by energy inputted regardless of charging conditions such as the kind of object heated, charge amount and the heating environment. Therefore, the heating device is capable of obtaining the effects of preventing the waste of energy, increasing productivity by reducing the heating time, and preventing quality deterioration of the object to be heated which may occur by heating the object to be heated for more time than deemed necessary.
