Abstract:
This heating device is provided with: a power transmission coil (10) that is disposed in a location where a heel part of footwear (3) of an occupant of a vehicle is placed when the occupant is operating a pedal of the vehicle, and that causes a power receiving coil (31) disposed in the heel part or near the heel part of the footwear of the occupant to generate an induced current so as to heat a member (32) to be heated connected to the power receiving coil (31); and a power control unit (20) for controlling the power supplied to the power transmission coil.
