Abstract:
A heating device for a molten carbonate fuel cell stack and an operating method therefor, belonging to the technical field of high temperature fuel cells. Said device comprises a control system (2), several temperature measurement devices (3) and several heating furnace modules (1); each heating furnace module (1) comprises a furnace body (1-2), several grooves being provided on a heating surface of the furnace body (1-2), furnace filaments (1-3) being provided in the grooves, and the furnace filaments (1-3) being connected in parallel; the several heating furnace modules (1) are connected in parallel by means of wires (4), and adjacent heating furnace modules (1) are detachably connected by means of locking devices (5); the temperature measurement devices (3) and the wires (4) are respectively connected to the control system (2); and the several heating furnace modules (1) are arranged on a side surface of a battery stack, and the several temperature measurement devices (3) are provided in different areas of the battery stack. The temperature measurement devices (3) feed back the temperatures of the battery stack in different areas in real time, perform regional control on the battery stack, make heating uniform, and have high efficiency. If a single module (1) is damaged due to a fault, the overall heating effect of the device is not affected, having high reliability and stability. The modules (1) are convenient to assemble and disassemble, facilitating the mounting and routine maintenance work of an internal battery stack.
