Abstract:
This heating device 100 comprises: a heater resistor 141 that generates heat by being energized; a double bridge circuit having a detection resistor connected to the heater resistor 141 in such a manner that a current flows only if there is a difference between the resistance value of the heater resistor 141 and a target resistance value; a power source voltage generation unit 32 that generates a power source voltage to be applied to the heater resistor 141 and the double bridge circuit; a control unit 34 that modulates the power source voltage; and a heater resistor detection unit 33 that detects, in the current flowing in the detection resistor, a second current component that changes in response to a temperature change in the heater resistor 141, aside from a first current component that changes in response to the modulation of the power source voltage. Based on the second current component detected by the heater resistor detection unit 33, the control unit 34 modulates the power source voltage.
