Abstract:

The present invention relates to a heating device for use below on ship decks which is disposed so as to be capable of heating below the ship deck to prevent accidents caused by ice formation due to extremely cold weather, which can be installed onto an existing structure so as to be economical, and which is installed independently of another heating device to facilitate repair, maintenance, and management, and which is disposed not above but below the structure so as not to cause inconvenience to walking and operations. The heating device for use below ship decks according to one preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: a case body member having a charging space formed therein, multiple coupling holes formed on the lower surface, and an upper surface formed to be open; an insulating member charged into the charging space; a heating cable arranged on the insulating member so as to be capable of heating and transmitting heat to the ship deck positioned above same; a fixing member disposed on the heating cable so as to position the heating cable on the insulating member and fix the former thereto; and a controller disposed outside the case body member, which is electrically connected to the heating cable, and controls the heat generated by the heating cable and the power supplied thereto.
