Abstract:
This heating device is provided with an insulating base material (10) which is configured to include a thermoplastic resin, has a front surface (10a) and a back surface (10b), and has multiple via holes (11) formed in the thickness direction, and with heat generating resistors (40) which are arranged in each of the via holes (11) and generate heat when energized, wherein the heat generating resistors (40) are arranged such that a portion thereof are connected in parallel.
