Abstract:

The present invention relates to: a heating element composition heated by being coated on the surface of a heat resistant ceramic ware comprising a metal oxide heating material and a binding material, and absorbing microwaves; a ceramic ware transfer paper containing the same; a far infrared ray-radiating and heating ceramic ware; and a preparation method therefor. A heating element coated on the heat resistant ceramic ware is heated by absorbing the microwaves of a microwave oven, thereby radiating far infrared rays, and thus can be used in a far infrared ray fomentation device, or the heating element is used in a cooking utensil so as to allow food to be evenly cooked from the inside by the radiated far infrared rays while preventing the surface of the food from being burned or drying out, and enable shorter cooking time. In addition, the far infrared ray-radiating and heating ceramic ware of the present invention is highly heat resistant, thereby enabling direct heating, and thus it is possible to cook using various means such as a microwave oven, a gas range, an oven and the like.
