Abstract:
The invention relates to a heating element (1) for a hot air device, having a heating resistor (3, 3'), which is arranged in an air flow (L) and has at least one air channel (14, 14') for the air flow (L), having a heating conductor (4, 4') for converting electrical energy into heat and having a carrier part (5, 5') consisting of thermally resistant material for the heating conductor (4, 4'). The heating resistor (1) is produced substantially completely from ceramic. The carrier part (5, 5') has an electrically insulating ceramic material, and the heating conductor (4, 4') has an electrically conductive ceramic material. The ceramic materials of the carrier part (5, 5') and the heating conductor (4, 4') are cohesively connected to one another.
