Abstract:

The present invention provides a heating element and a manufacturing method thereof, and the heating element comprises: a transparent substrate; an adhesive layer which is equipped on at least one side of the transparent substrate; a conductive heating wire which is equipped on the adhesive layer; a coating film which capsulates the conductive heating wire and an upper side of the adhesive layer that is not covered by the heating wire; a bus bar which is electrically connected with the conductive heating wire; and a power unit which is connected with the bus bar.
