Abstract:
Disclosed is a heating film having a riveted power terminal. The heating film having a riveted power terminal of the present invention comprises: a front substrate on which a first silver heating wire is printed by a conductive ink; a rear substrate on which a second silver heating wire is printed by a conductive ink; a first and a second power terminal positioned on the front and the rear substrate so as to correspond to each other, the first and the second power terminal supplying power to the first and the second silver heating wire, respectively; and a plurality of rivets riveted to penetrate both the front and the rear substrate and the first and the second power terminal, the plurality of rivets electrically connecting each of the first and the second power terminal located at positions corresponding to each other. Therefore, a plurality of rivets are riveted to each of power terminals, which are configured to allow application of an electric current to a heating film including a plurality of divided layers or using both sides or a plurality of substrates. The present invention improves the stability and reliability of a product.
