Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a furnace main body 6 that has openings 61, 62; lids 71, 72 attached to the openings 61, 62; and a sealing structure for providing an airtight seal for the openings 61, 62 by using the lids 71, 72. The sealing structure is configured so as to comprise: an outside annular packing member 82 and an inside annular packing member 81 that are interposed between facing surfaces 62a, 72a that are provided in the peripheral edges of the lids 71, 72 and the openings 61, 62; and a depressurizing mechanism 83 that reduces pressure in a space S1 formed by being surrounded by each facing surface 62a, 72a and each annular packing member 81, 82. As a result, airtightness in a heating furnace for degreasing can be reliably maintained by a simple structure.
