Abstract:
A heating furnace monitoring system and method are disclosed. A heating furnace monitoring system according to one embodiment comprises: a heating furnace operation state determination module for determining a heating furnace operation state on the basis of work order information for inserting/removing raw materials in/from a heating furnace and heating furnace information collected on the basis of IoT infrastructure; an energy unit cost calculation module for calculating an energy unit cost by using heating furnace-specific energy consumption data acquired according to the classification of operating states through the determined heating furnace operation state; a facility abnormality detection module for detecting facility abnormalities by using heating furnace-specific internal temperature data included in the collected heating furnace information, and the acquired heating furnace-specific energy consumption data; and a heating furnace performance generation module for generating process performance data about the determined heating furnace operation state and the movement flow of the raw materials.
