Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a heating and hot-water supply device applied to district and central heating and a control method therefor that can minimize energy loss by decreasing the temperature of circulating heating water to be supplied to a heat source. To this end, the heating and hot-water supply device of the present invention comprises: an inlet tube for a site requiring heating, the inlet tube being used to supply the site requiring heating with heating water supplied from a heat source; an outlet tube for the site requiring heating, the outlet tube being used to deliver the heat-exchanged heating water in the site requiring heating to the heat source; a circulation connection tube that connects the inlet tube for the site requiring heating and the outlet tube for the site requiring heating with each other; a circulation pump provided on a fluid circulation conduit that connects the inlet tube for the site requiring heating, the site requiring heating, the outlet tube for the site requiring heating, and the circulation connection tube; and a control unit that makes the fluid circulation conduit a closed loop and then operates the circulation pump while heating.
