A heating and non-combusting smoking apparatus (10) and a heating assembly (100) thereof. The heating and non-combusting smoking apparatus (10) also comprises a heating pipe (200). The heating assembly (100) comprises a pipe body (110), a thermally-conductive rod (120), and a heating wire (130). The spiral heating wire (130), the outer wall of the thermally-conductive rod (120), and the inner wall of the pipe body (110) jointly form a flow-guiding channel (110a).
