Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heating passage having an insulating block fixed thereto, the heating passage being installed on the top of the deck of a vessel to radiate heat in order to prevent a safety accident caused by surface freezing of the deck, which is exposed to a polar region or cold weather condition, and a slide on the deck, in which a plurality of base members may be connected to each other and insulating blocks and a heating cable may then be installed within the base members at the same time so that it is possible to reduce the construction time and cost, thereby achieving the advantage of being economical. The heating passage having an insulating block fixed thereto, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a plurality of base members installed on the top of the deck of a vessel, the base members being connected and fixed to each other to form a single receiving space therein; a plurality of insulating blocks accommodated in the receiving space; a heating cable that is continuously arranged on the top of the plurality of insulating blocks and selectively radiates heat according to whether electric power is supplied thereto; a plurality of foothold members disposed to hermetically cover the base members and the insulating blocks, where the heating cable is arranged, and coupled and fixed to the top of the deck of the vessel; and a controller located on one side of the deck of the vessel and electrically connected with the heating cable to control the radiation of heat from the heating cable according to the manipulation thereof.
