Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of welding seam machining for nuclear power plant voltage stabilizers, and provides a heating support device for welding seams between a spherical sealing head and inner and outer surfaces of a barrel, and a heating device. The heating support device for welding seams comprises a first ring assembly fixed to the spherical sealing head, a second ring assembly fixed to the inner surface or the outer surface of the barrel, and a plurality of pressing members used for pressing flexible electric heating sheets. The first ring assembly and the second ring assembly each comprise a plurality of arc-shaped connecting members, and the plurality of connecting members are connected by means of detachable connecting structures and are combined to form a circular ring structure; two ends of each pressing member are connected to the connecting members of the first ring assembly and the second ring assembly, respectively, and the pressing members press the flexible electric heating sheets onto a heating area. The present invention implements the fixing and pressing of the flexible electric heating sheets, so that the flexible electric heating sheets are tightly attached to the surface of an area to be heated, thereby avoiding heat loss and improving the heating efficiency.
