Abstract:
Provided is a heating type food cutlery which comprises a cutter body (1) and a hilt. The cutter body (1) comprises a cutter body shell (11) and a heating body (12). The cutter body shell (11) is in a flat shape. The heating body (12) is sleeved inside the cutter body shell (11). The top of the heating body (12) abuts against the internal top of the cutter body shell (11). The bottom of the heating body (12) is fixed in the hilt (2). The heating body (12) is provided with heating areas on two sides of the cutter body shell (11). The heating areas are uniformly distributed on surfaces of the two sides of the heating body (12) and are capable of conducting heat to the two sides of the cutter body shell (11) uniformly. Also provided is a method of using the heating type food cutlery. A PCB is arranged in the cutter body (1), and a heat conducting fin is uniformly arranged on an upper and lower surfaces of the PCB, so that the heat is distributed uniformly throughout the cutter body (1), producing a more smooth knife edge during cutting, and more uniformed effect can be achieved while using the cutter body (1) for smearing. In addition, LED lights (13) are uniformly arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the PCB, so that a user, by means of light transmission, can efficiently know the cutting thickness and the deepness where the cutter is located.
