Abstract:
A heating-type vacuum press device which has a small vacuum isolation chamber, in which no damage to a seal packing occurs and heating, and in which pressing are performed under vacuum in the vacuum isolation chamber. A lower fixed frame and an upper movement frame form wall portions of the isolation chamber and an airtight slide mechanism achieves airtightness between the lower fixed frame and the upper movement frame so that the isolation chamber is formed in space defined by the lower fixed frame, the upper movement frame, a base and an installation plate. The lower fixed frame that surrounds a receiving base for a piece of work to be processed and is equipped with a heater is provided on a foundation with space kept between the lower fixed frame and the receiving base. The upper movement frame is hanged from the installation plate so as to be spaced from the push-on plate and to surround a push-on plate equipped with a heater. The isolation chamber is vacuum-sucked, and a piece of work to be processed on the receiving base is heated and pressed under high temperature and vacuum with low thrust force by the lowering of the push-on plate. The device is applicable for purposes including bonding multifunction film laminates having resistance to high temperature.
