Provided is a heating unit of a flue-cured type electronic cigarette, the heating unit comprising a thin tubular substrate with a good heat conductor, wherein the inner diameter and the length of the thin tubular substrate are consistent with the outer diameter and the length of a cigarette; assembly regions are formed at the two ends of the thin tubular substrate; a surface of the thin tubular substrate has a resistor paste printed thereon to form a heating region; and an electrode which is electrically connected to the heating region is welded to one end of the heating region. The heating unit is of a circular tubular structure, and after an insulating treatment for a metal thin-walled tube, an outer surface thereof has a resistor paste printed thereon to form a heating circuit. Metal has a fast heat conduction rate, is easily formed, and can be machined into a thin-walled tube with a relatively thin wall thickness. The heating circuit heats up rapidly when working, and the heat is transferred to a heating unit substrate. Since the thin-walled tube has a relatively thin thickness and absorbs less heat, the entire heating unit heats up rapidly, the heat can be transferred to the cigarette more rapidly, and less heat is lost during heat transfer, so that the tobacco leaves are rapidly heated to generate vapor, thereby providing a user with a better experience.
