Abstract:
A heavy-load tire (1) that comprises: a circumferential groove (10) that extends along the tire circumferential direction; a circumferential groove (12) that is formed on the tire-width-direction outside of circumferential groove (10); a plurality of lateral grooves (11) that extend along the tire width direction; a block (16) that is demarcated by circumferential groove (10), circumferential groove (12), and the plurality of lateral grooves (11); and a plurality of belt layers (7). Circumferential groove (12) extends obliquely from a tire-equatorial-line side toward the tire-width-direction outside in the opposite direction from the tire rotation direction. Circumferential groove (12) is also formed on the tire-width-direction outside of the tire-width-direction position that corresponds to an end part of the belt layer (7) for which a cord that forms the belt layer forms the smallest angle with the tire circumferential direction.
