Abstract:
A heavy object conveying apparatus (45) has a longitudinally extending frame
body composed of a first frame body (46) and a second frame body (47); a traveling
body (18) installed on the frame bodies so as to be movable in the longitudinal
direction and loading or unloading an heavy object; a first movable sheave (20)
and a second movable sheave (21) mounted on the traveling body (18); a first wire
part (27) extending from a rotating drum (34) and engaging with a second stationary
sheave (31) , the first movable sheave (20), and a first stationary sheave (30);
and a second wire part (28) extending from the rotating drum (34) and engaging
with the second movable sheave (21) and a third stationery sheave (32). By an
effect of the first movable sheave (20) or the second movable sheave (21), the
traveling body (18) can be moved in either direction and a force required for the
movement of the traveling body can be reduced in half.
