Abstract:
Provided are a heavy oil lifting apparatus and a heavy oil lifting method. The heavy oil lifting apparatus comprises: a plurality of liquid injection pumps, each liquid injection pump comprising a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and the liquid injection pump being configured to suck in a liquid, pressurize the liquid, and then discharge same; a control valve, comprising a first end and second end, the liquid outlets of the plurality of liquid injection pumps being connected to the first end of the control valve; a power fluid transmission pipe, which is connected to the second end of the control valve so as to be configured to transmit the pressurized liquid; and an operating pump, which is connected to the power fluid transmission pipe, the pressurized liquid being used as a power fluid to drive the operating pump to reciprocate. The control valve is configured to switchably communicate with one of the plurality of liquid injection pumps, so that the power fluid transmission pipe switchably communicates with one of the plurality of liquid injection pumps. The heavy oil lifting apparatus is provided with a plurality of liquid injection pumps, which may be switched for use, thus enhancing the service life and service cycle of equipment, improving stability, facilitating maintenance, reducing maintenance time, implementing stable operations, and improving stability.
