Abstract:
A heavy double-button type multifunctional electric hammer includes a hammer body, a driving motor, a rotating sleeve group, a connecting rod subassembly and a torque spring; the electric hammer also includes a multifunctional transmission mechanism and an operating mechanism. The multifunctional transmission mechanism includes a first wheel, a first wheel clutch, a second wheel, a third wheel, an intermediate shaft, a forth wheel, a forth wheel clutch, a fifth wheel, a fifth wheel clutch, a small bevel gear, a large bevel gear, a torque clutch, an eccentric shaft and an eccentric shaft spring. The output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the first wheel and the second wheel; a small bevel gear is installed on the small bevel gear shaft; the small bevel gear is engaged with the large bevel gear; the big bevel gear is sleeved on the rotating sleeve group; the big bevel gear is matched with the torque clutch; the fourth wheel clutch, the fifth wheel clutch and the first wheel clutch are all connected with the operating mechanism. The heavy double-button type multifunctional electric hammer has the advantages of simple and proper structure, flexible and convenient transmission, low cost, safe and reliable usage.
