The present invention relates to improving replacement function and strength enhancement technology of a shoe heel. This shoe heel 10 has a recess engagement part 18 formed in a heel base 14 and a projection engagement part 24 formed at a ground contacting part 16. The heel base 14 and the ground contacting part 16 are integrated into a single unit by fitting the projection engagement part 18 into the recess engagement part 24. The heel base 14 is composed of a polyamide material, while the ground contacting part 16 is composed of a polycarbonate material. The ground contacting part 16 is provided with a fixed covering part 36 that covers the entirety of the heel base 14 while the projection engagement part 18 is kept fitted into the recess engagement part 24. An attachment/detachment means is provided with: a fixing hole 26 provided at a position that, when the projection engagement part 18 having provided thereto a fixation pin 20 is fitted into the recess engagement part 24, correspond to the leading end of fixation pin 20; and a release pin 30 which, when being pressed, is capable of pushing out the head of the fixation pin 20 inserted in the fixing hole so as to become flush with a wall surface of the recess engagement part, while the opening of the recess engagement part 24 has a tapered portion 34 in a position that corresponds to the fixation pin 20.
