Abstract:
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable cervical pillow and, specifically, to a height-adjustable cervical pillow reflecting the different shapes of the cervical spine and the larynx of each user, the angle formed by the cervical spine and the larynx, the height to the shoulder and the temple, and the like so that comfort during sleep is provided and a turtle neck or disc correction effect can be obtained, by comprising a pillow main body, which includes: a cervical spine support part on which the cervical spine of the user lying in the proper position is placed; a larynx support part extending from the cervical spine support part so that the laryngeal portion of the user lying in the proper position is placed thereon; and temple support parts extending to both sides of the cervical spine support part and the larynx support part so that the temple of the user lying in the lateral position is placed thereon, wherein at least one plate-shaped height adjustment foam can be inserted into each of the cervical spine support part, the larynx support part and the temple support parts so that the respective heights thereof can be adjusted to be suitable to the body of the user.
