Abstract:
The present invention relates to a height-adjustable table for releasing the locking of a height-adjusting part by rotating a height-adjusting member by means of the operation of an operating part, and releasing the operation of the operating part and adjusting, in stages, the height of an upper plate when the upper plate is vertically lifted and lowered and positioned at a desired height, thereby maximizing space utilization, simplifying an inner structure so as to reduce manufacturing costs, and improving the convenience of use so as to allow a user to conveniently use the table.
